Natural Pink Eyeshadow Look and Bouncy Curls
I don’t do as many makeup parties these days, but I used to do a lot! As I was prepping for one, I realized that pinks work for everyone, and not just on the eyes. Depending on the types of pinks you’re using, you can really highlight the natural shades in your skin and with a color match, I can get you the right pinks for your complexion. I’m excited to show you this natural pink eyeshadow look that’s fresh, sweet, and works well on anyone. Not using flamenco pinks here, but you can totally go bold if you want to!
The pink eyeshadows I use in this tutorial work for any time of the year and any occasion, really! It’s my go-to look for brunch, family outings, any sort of casual hang-out, and it doesn’t take a lot of time but still makes me feel confident and put-together. I like to pair this natural pink eyeshadow look with bouncy, loose curls to tie it all together. For more inside tips on these curls, check out the steps below.
If you’re like a lot of women and have trouble getting your curls to stay, this process is a gamechanger. It is the best way I’ve found to get full, even curls with minimal effort. And a few simple products really go a long way to keep my curls intact throughout the day.
Steps to Get Bouncy Curls
Start by brushing out your hair, then add Salt and Sea Spray for added texture and grip. Section your hair off with clips. With the 25mm Titanium Ondulé Wand, rope curl each strand, holding for a few seconds. Hold the curl in your hand before releasing to cool off for a bit. (This also helps curls last longer).
After you’ve curled your hair, gently separate your curls with your hands, running your fingers through to loosen them. Smooth any frizzy sections with your fingers and add hair spray for an all-day hold.
