How in the world is my baby girl 4 😱 I can’t imagine life without her. She compliments others all day, gives hugs and kisses in her sleep, has the sweetest energy, wants everyone to be happy, and is the brightest ray of sunshine. She owns us all and she knows it 😆 I miss her while she sleeps and I can’t wait to see her every morning. Love you my darling Bonkies 🤍

I got this necklace with my initial on it from @teenieandfrey today and I fell in love. The necklace is beautiful and it sent my brain down a train of thought that now makes it one of my favorite pieces for another reason. I’ve been pondering the concept that you become like the people you most surround yourself with. It made me think that it’s necessary to have one of the people you spend the most time with be YOU. If you aren’t spending time by yourself, quiet and intentional, you will run the risk of losing yourself in the mix of influences around you. When was the last time you were intentional about understanding how you really feel, what your power is, what you most desire, what you are willing to give anything for, what fuels you, what you need to release, etc? I don’t think I’ve had my own initial on my necklace before. I usually choose Brian or my babies. This one is for me though and I’m dedicated to spending intentional time knowing me 🤍

Today I reflected on the concept of fear. Fear is an encompassing emotion that has a tendency to halt me on my journey. It also helps me identify the areas of my life I need to build faith. My intention this week is to give much needed life to specific areas of faith and starve my fear ✨#sendingloveandlight

Myla was Bianca’s age here. Time is so interesting. How can this moment be so close yet so far away. I hope you make a beautiful memory today you can look back on eight years from now with joy in your heart. PS my dress came too short so I couldn’t wear the beautiful heels I bought. I ended up finding these flats at a thrift store and gluing a bead cluster on them 😆 Marrying @brian_poulsen24 was what I cared about most. Thank you for loving us and being an incredible father babe. After my divorce I wasn’t interested in getting married again. The moment Brian and I reconnected (we were childhood friends) everything changed. We have never poured more into anything than we have each other and boy is it worth it.

For years I colored my own hair because I felt bad making anyone else do it 😆 I’m so grateful @jasmineraehairco will put up with me and my hair. She used six different formulations to tackle it so I don’t know what to tell you if you ask what color it is 😅 All I know is @jasmineraehairco is a beautiful hair wizard that I love ♥️
